Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 19 October 2026

These Booking Terms and Conditions govern bookings and services arranged through Lovely Egypt Tours at https://lovelyegypttours.com/.

By submitting a booking request or confirming a reservation, you agree to the terms applicable to that booking. Please read these terms and the relevant tour description and cancellation policy before proceeding.

1. Business Information

Business name: Lovely Egypt Tours
Country of operation: Egypt

Registration or licence details: [Insert applicable details]

For questions about a booking, contact booking@lovelyegypttours.com.

2. Scope of Services

Lovely Egypt Tours offers tours, excursions, activities, and airport or other transfer services in Egypt.

Depending on the service, Lovely Egypt Tours may provide the service directly, arrange it through local operators, or coordinate services supplied by independent third parties. The applicable tour description or booking confirmation should identify the relevant arrangements where material.

The terms applying to a specific booking may include additional conditions stated in its description or confirmation. Those conditions must be communicated before the customer is bound by the booking.

3. Booking Requests and Confirmation

Customers must provide accurate and complete information when making a booking, including the requested date, number of participants, contact details, and any information reasonably required to arrange the service.

A submitted request does not necessarily mean that a booking has been accepted. A reservation is confirmed when Lovely Egypt Tours or its authorized booking provider communicates confirmation and any required payment conditions have been satisfied.

If a requested date or service is unavailable, we will inform the customer and, where appropriate, offer an alternative.

Customers should check the confirmation carefully and contact us promptly if any details are incorrect.

4. Prices and Inclusions

The price, currency, inclusions, exclusions, duration, meeting point, and other material conditions will be stated in the relevant tour description, quotation, or booking confirmation.

Unless expressly included, the price may exclude items such as personal expenses, meals, tips, optional activities, entrance fees, travel insurance, or additional transport.

Any mandatory fees, taxes, surcharges, or other unavoidable charges must be disclosed as required by applicable law before the customer confirms the booking.

Where prices or inclusions differ by date, participant age, group size, or service option, the applicable terms will be communicated before confirmation.

5. Payments

Payment arrangements may vary by tour or transfer service.

Depending on the booking, customers may be required to pay a deposit, make full payment in advance, or pay an agreed balance directly to Lovely Egypt Tours or an identified service provider.

The amount due, accepted payment methods, payment deadlines, balance arrangements, and recipient of payment must be communicated before the customer commits to the booking.

A deposit or partial payment does not automatically make the booking refundable or non-refundable. Refund eligibility is governed by the disclosed cancellation terms and applicable law.

Customers should retain their payment receipts and booking confirmation.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate booking and contact information.
  • Arriving at the confirmed meeting or pickup point on time.
  • Following reasonable instructions from guides, drivers, and activity staff.
  • Complying with applicable local laws, site rules, and safety requirements.
  • Informing us in advance of relevant mobility, accessibility, dietary, or activity-related requirements.
  • Ensuring that each participant meets any disclosed age, health, fitness, or certification requirements.
  • Obtaining valid travel documents, visas, insurance, and other personal travel authorizations where required.

Customers should not participate in an activity if they reasonably believe it presents an unmanaged risk to their health or safety. Where an activity requires a particular qualification or medical clearance, the applicable requirements will be communicated before booking.

7. Tour Itineraries and Changes

Tour schedules and itineraries may be affected by weather, traffic, operating conditions, site restrictions, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

We will make reasonable efforts to deliver the service substantially as described. If a material change becomes necessary, we will inform affected customers as soon as reasonably practicable and explain any available alternatives or remedies.

Minor operational adjustments that do not materially reduce the agreed service may be made where reasonably necessary.

If Lovely Egypt Tours or the relevant operator cancels a booking, the customer will be offered the remedies required by the applicable cancellation terms and law. Where a material change gives the customer a legal right to reject the alternative, that right will be respected.

8. Third-Party Service Providers

Some services may be supplied by independent guides, transport providers, activity operators, venues, or other third parties.

Where third parties are involved, we will communicate material information about the arrangement and any applicable supplier-specific conditions before confirmation.

We will not exclude responsibility for our own acts or omissions where the law does not permit us to do so. Nothing in these terms removes any mandatory rights a customer may have against Lovely Egypt Tours or a service provider.

9. Airport Transfers

Airport transfer bookings are subject to the pickup, destination, date, time, passenger, and luggage details confirmed at booking.

Customers must provide accurate flight and contact details where requested and notify us promptly of known changes.

Waiting times, flight-delay arrangements, additional stops, child seats, excess luggage, and extra charges will be governed by the conditions disclosed for the relevant transfer.

A transfer booking is a separate service unless expressly included in a tour package or itinerary.

10. Cancellations, Amendments, and Refunds

Customers should consult our Cancellation and Refund Policy before booking.

Refund eligibility and amounts depend on the disclosed cancellation schedule, the timing of the cancellation, the type of service, and any applicable mandatory consumer rights.

No clause in these terms is intended to remove a refund, cancellation, or other remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Safety and Travel Insurance

Travel activities can involve risks associated with transport, weather, water, terrain, physical exertion, or other operational conditions.

Customers should assess their suitability for an activity, follow safety instructions, and disclose relevant requirements where necessary for safe participation.

We strongly recommend suitable travel insurance covering the activities booked, medical expenses, emergency assistance, and cancellation where appropriate. Travel insurance is not included unless expressly stated.

12. Complaints and Customer Support

If a problem occurs during a service, contact us as soon as reasonably practicable so that we can attempt to resolve it.

Please send complaints and supporting booking details to booking@lovelyegypttours.com. We will review the issue and respond within a reasonable period.

This procedure does not prevent customers from exercising any statutory rights or pursuing remedies available under applicable law.

13. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded for death or personal injury, fraud, or other non-excludable matters.

Subject to applicable law, Lovely Egypt Tours is not responsible for losses caused solely by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including certain severe weather events, government restrictions, or unexpected transport disruptions. This does not automatically remove any refund, assistance, or other obligation imposed by law.

Any other limitation of liability must be interpreted consistently with mandatory consumer protections and the actual role Lovely Egypt Tours plays in supplying or arranging the service.

14. Force Majeure

A force majeure event means an exceptional circumstance beyond reasonable control that prevents or materially disrupts a service, such as certain natural disasters, serious security incidents, government restrictions, or major transport disruptions.

Where such an event affects a booking, we will communicate relevant information, consider reasonable alternatives, and apply the cancellation and refund terms together with any mandatory legal rights.

Force majeure does not automatically entitle a business to retain all payments regardless of the circumstances.

15. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

We encourage customers to contact us first to resolve concerns informally.

These terms are subject to the mandatory laws applicable to the booking and the customer. Any governing-law or jurisdiction clause will apply only to the extent legally valid and will not deprive a consumer of mandatory protections or access to a competent forum.

Governing law and competent courts: [Confirm the appropriate clause with Egyptian legal counsel, taking account of the customer markets served.]

16. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms for future bookings to reflect operational, technical, or legal changes. The version applicable to a confirmed booking will be determined by the agreement, applicable law, and any valid subsequent amendment.
